Krasina Mileva founded Postweb to bring experienced legal leadership to growing technology companies. A lawyer qualified in England and Wales and Bulgaria, she has spent more than 15 years working across SaaS, fintech, Web3 and regulated businesses. She works alongside founders, executive teams and boards as fractional General Counsel and Company Secretary, helping them navigate commercial decisions, international growth and corporate governance.
Her experience spans leading legal and data protection functions, supporting fundraising from seed to Series B and negotiating complex enterprise agreements. She has built privacy, compliance and risk frameworks across international operations, with practical experience in cross-border data transfers, employment matters and regulated financial services. Having worked both inside growing technology businesses and as a founder herself, Krasina understands how to turn legal advice into decisions a business can act on.
Privacy and compliance in practice
Krasina’s experience includes GDPR programmes, data protection impact assessments, international transfer assessments and privacy-by-design work with product teams. She has also worked on AML/KYC frameworks, regulatory applications and governance in financial services and digital asset businesses.
