How we help
Fractional General Counsel
Senior legal support without a full-time hire.
Postweb provides ongoing legal counsel for technology companies that need regular advice, commercial support and someone to coordinate legal priorities. Your engagement is led by a named adviser, with an agreed allocation of work and a monthly fee.
When it helps
Legal questions are arriving across sales, product and operations. Your leadership team needs a clear view of priorities, but the workload or budget does not yet justify a full-time General Counsel.
What the engagement can cover
Commercial agreements and negotiations; advice to executives and boards; privacy and compliance priorities; investor due diligence; corporate governance and company secretarial support. The proposal identifies included work, capacity, response expectations and any specialist input.
Experience behind the service
Krasina has led legal functions for technology and compliance businesses and provides fractional General Counsel support to growing companies. Her experience includes establishing legal processes, advising leadership teams and coordinating work across international operations.
How we get started
We review the business, its immediate decisions and existing documents, then agree a practical set of priorities. AI can assist with document preparation and analysis; your adviser checks the work and remains responsible for their advice.
Fees and scope
From £1,500 a month, excluding applicable taxes. Monthly support has defined capacity. Additional projects and third-party costs are agreed separately. You can also start with a decision review or fixed-fee project.
Will Krasina lead our engagement?
We confirm the lead adviser and Krasina’s involvement before you commit. If specialist or local advice is needed, the proposal explains who will provide it and how they will be engaged.
