Know what it will cost before you commit.

Begin with a question you need answered. Engage us for a defined project. Or work with a lead adviser who stays close to the business. Each option has an agreed scope and fee.

  • Start with a decision

    £450 fixed fee

For a specific decision, such as which points in an investor’s proposal deserve negotiation or what to resolve before offering founder equity.

Includes a review of agreed supporting material, a working session with an adviser and a written recommendation with next steps. We confirm the issue and material covered before you book.

If you need drafting, negotiation or specialist advice beyond that scope, we quote it separately.

  • Get a project done

    Projects from £1,500

For a defined outcome, such as putting founder arrangements in place or drafting and negotiating a customer agreement within an agreed scope.

Your proposal sets out the deliverables, timetable, review rounds and fee. The price depends on complexity and the work involved. We agree any change in scope with you before undertaking additional work.

  • Fractional General Counsel

    From £1,500 a month

For founders who want regular access to counsel and continuity across decisions, contracts and company priorities.

Includes a named lead adviser, agreed monthly priorities, regular working sessions and a defined allocation of advisory and document work. Your proposal specifies capacity, response expectations and engagement terms.

  • Across markets

    By proposal

For work involving multiple jurisdictions or specialist expertise. We set out the lead adviser, local support, deliverables and costs, including any separate engagements.

Before you book

Prices are in GBP and exclude applicable taxes. External counsel, filing charges and other third-party costs are identified separately and agreed before they are incurred. No additional work is charged without your approval.

Frequently asked questions

  • Will I work directly with Krasina

We agree who will lead your engagement before work starts. Krasina may lead or contribute to a matter depending on its needs and availability. Your proposal makes her involvement, and that of other advisers, clear.

  • Can you help in more than one country

Tell us which jurisdictions are involved. We confirm available support and any need for local counsel before accepting the matter. We explain separate engagements and fees where they are required.

  • Does AI write the legal advice

AI may assist with research, document analysis and drafts. The adviser responsible for your matter reviews the substantive work and remains responsible for the advice they provide. AI output needs checking, including its sources and relevance to your circumstances.

  • How does AI make the service more affordable

AI can shorten tasks such as comparing contract versions, extracting obligations and preparing drafts. We account for that way of working when scoping fixed fees and monthly support. Ordinary AI use is included. The fee also reflects complexity and the judgment and responsibility required; savings vary by matter.

  • What happens to confidential information

We explain the information handling arrangements for your engagement and how AI may be used. Please raise any restrictions on tools, data locations or document sharing before work begins so we can confirm a suitable approach.

  • What is included in Fractional General Counsel

An agreed allocation of work and access to your lead adviser. We specify priorities, capacity, response expectations and the engagement term in your proposal. Monthly support is scoped; additional projects or specialist work require a separate agreement.

  • Can we start with one issue

Yes. The decision review is designed for one defined question. We check that the issue fits the service before you book. You can also engage us for a single project.

  • Can you review something I created using AI

Yes, where it falls within the scope we can support. Share the intended purpose and relevant background so we can assess both the wording and whether it addresses the right problem. A draft may need substantial revision.

  • Is the introductory conversation free

Yes. It is a short conversation to understand the issue and whether we can help. It does not include a document review or advice on the substance of your matter.
